Can any officials help me get superior access to my shop?

Hi

I'm a digital marketer, now I want to get full authorisation of my shop, in another way, to do some SEO work on it. As my budget is running low, I prefere not to change my theme (which is a v2.0 theme). My priority is to solve the thousands not-indexed pages with "Alternate page with proper canonical tag" issues, I tried every solutions that community indicates, but none of them are worked for my site.

Actually I use google & Bing ads and other optimized method to improved my site performance, and it worked. But I'm a completist, hopes anyone outta there can give me some advices.
