SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
Hello, if you have a while, can you please help me?
my current strategy is:
Two Traffic campaigns ( do not ask me why two - I did them a long time ago and I was afraid to turn one off as they were doing well :))
Both campaigns contain one adset with two ads currently - frequency last month was 1.4 and all rankings are above average, cost per click 0.06-0.12
These campaigns rarely convert, but provide traffic which I then retarget via Retarget campaign -
One Retargetting campaign with two adsets ( pointed
(one has automatic placement and worldwide another one my most sold to locations and IG and FB only as location) And audience is my previous visitors who did not purchase (so people from traffic campaign - I believe)
The first one performs better, I guess I should turn off the second one, right? ROAS 15.79 VS 11.45
Budget is just 5 USD a day and Frequency 10.5 (yes insane, but this is my most profitable campaign - maybe even a lower budget would work, or?)
One Conversion campaign
This one has one adset, ROAS around 6-7, current budget USD 15 a day, Frequency 1.5, Audience is 1% lookalike of my Mailing list, 8 countries and running on IG only (I am very IG based, but this may be a mistake?)
I thought about completely stopping traffic now when I have 2+ years of pixel data, and put the budget to conversion campaign - But I am affraid it will mess up with my retargeting campaign which works great now, but maybe the people from traffic are not quality visitors anyway, I need some opinions here 🙂
Thank you a lot
Last thing - suddenly, since last Thursday my Traffic campaigns (I have two) both doubled cost of clicks - this never happened unless Christmas etc when everyone boosting their ads. Conversion and retargeting campaigns are still OK. My niche is Art..
Hi @JSART
Use this campaigns, we have seen our clients getting significant part of their sales by following below strategies:
You can also try this app Addyz. Its an ad automation and optimisation platform. It comes with predefined campaign strategies for full funnel audience targeting. This can make a significant difference in your advertising and improve your conversion rates, even with a low ad spend.
Thank you for adding this info here! It's definitely bothering me a bit why I can't convert as efficiently as I would like my Facebook ads lately. I have managed over the last months and after following some advice from https://www.sitecentre.com.au/blog/google-ads-vs-bing-ads to increase significantly my Google and Bing ads, but unfortunately in the era of social media it doesn't seem enough to make me as profitable as I would like to be. I will give a good thought of the proposals you have added here. Cheers!
Hi @JSART,
Here are tips for campaigns and audiences:
Catalogue Sales (dynamic campaign) - Do you run this campaign objective? You can create audiences according to events e.g Add2cart, view content...
Acquisition campaign - by using the conversion campaign objective and interests, you can target completely new audiences
DABA - this means running dynamic catalogue sales for acquisition (you need some data from catalogue sales from remarketing campaing so that FB has some data to find potential customers)
Audiences - e.g. audience based on FB and IG engagement, audience based on video views (if you run some ads with videos), lookalike audiences, value-based audiences
Hope it will help!
Hello thank you for the reply, I have many audiences already created - 1% LA of add to cart, initiate checkout, purchase, people who viewed content and not purchased people who purchased etc etc... I think that I have my audiences covered, But I am not sure about the funnel structure and what objectives to use (I use lot for traffic as I think they then can be retargetted - and my retarget campaign is my best, but maybe I cant use conversion instead?
Hi @JSART,
I would definitely try conversions - try this campaign objective together with audience based on interests and exclude purchases in the last x days.
