Hello, I want to start a general store and I want to know if there will be a problem with the Facebook pixel

I just want to use this store to test the products, and then I will take out these products and I will launch a niche store for them

Just to clarify, you're looking to start a general store in which you can use to test the effectiveness of your advertising for each individual product. Then, based on the results, you will create a separate store for them? 

The main issue that can occur is if you have multiple pixels connected to your store as this can cause duplicate or incorrect data in your reports.
