Can I bulk update Pinterest descriptions to include hashtags?

Having recently taken over a Shopify store, I want to do more with Pinterest, and one of the things they didn't touch are hashtags.

I want to bulk-update the descriptions that are already in Pinterest to include the relevant hashtags, but I can only find details regarding the ads bulk editor.

Does anyone know if it is possible to bulk update Pinterest descriptions or can I update the Pinterest app so that hashtags are added based on the product tags?

Lots of people saying they will do this, but none explaining what the process is.

So, by the sound of it, they will go into Pinterest and add the tags manually? However if that is what I wanted, I have a VA who could do that.
