Can I set a product price to $0 and limit cart quantity?

Is there a way to set a price of $0 for a product?
Can only cart out 1 unit.

Did you mean you wanted to set the price for a product to $0, and each customer can only add 1 item when check out? If so, here's how to do it:

1. To set a product's price to $0, go to Products > find the product you want to edit price > Navigate to the pricing section and simply change it to 0.

2. To limit the quantity order for the product to 1/person, I'm afraid you'll need to use an app because Shopify doesn't support this natively. But I find this app allows you to do so with very affordable pricing ($3.99/month): https://apps.shopify.com/purchase-limit
