Can I use Dotdigital to send verification emails in Shopify?

I have a questions about Account Shopify.

Can I send the email activated Account (verify email URL) by another email marketing like Dotdigital? or Can I create a link to verify the email URL by Shopify API and I will put it to the email API and sent this email to customer?
