Can't link my Facebook ad account to my store

Hey guys

Im new to all the Shopify thing and I want to start creating FB campaigns in order to bring customers to my store.

I started the FB setup, linked my FB account, linked my business manager, my FB page and my domain, but somehow the ad account that belongs to the business manager doesn't appear in the list of ad accounts.

Does anybody has an idea what can i do?

@Doleva Hi, as per the information you provided, we thing that you need to check your business manager settings and then go to Ad Accounts, check if your ad account is added in to the list or not?

The ad account is linked to the business manager (according to facebook platform), but i cant see it in the FB setup of Shopify
