Can't Remove Gtag,js

My Google Tag Analysis shows Gobal Site Tag (gtag.js) is installed. But the gtag is the wrong account ID. I can't find a way to change it. I have never added gtag to my Shopify code before. Why is it appearing? Maye it is from Google Shopping app or some other app? How to remove the gtag.js code?

Don here from Shopify. 🙂

You can check in your settings > checkout menu in your admin to see which, if any, Google tags might have been added there.

I would check out the additional scripts area of this menu as this is often where this would have been added.

You should be able to view or edit the tag in place for this store in that menu.

Let us know if you can't locate or update this or if you need a hand with anything else.

Hey Don,

I'm having the same issue and think it's causing other problems. More specifically- my google analytics isn't tracking revenue and google ads/google shopping app is not tracking conversions correctly either. 

I'm showing this google tag manager account find UA-148920417-1 anywhere in the "edit code" or anywhere else on my site. 

I've checked preferences additional script 

I have google shopping running, but it's just spinning it's wheels and double counting conversions while I'm blowing through $$$/day.

Everything worked fine before and I'm really not sure what's going on. I've emailed support and they sent me to the theme developer and the theme developer sent me back to shopify support.

Showing 0 revenue when we did over $1k yesterday.

My conversion rate is over 100% which, as we know, is impossible.

I don't mind paying someone to fix this, but I need help ASAP.
