Can you create an ad of an existing instagram post?

Hi Guys, 

Besides the 'promote' button on instagram, can you create an advert from facebooks ad manager that will use an existing instagram post?

I do not believe they will pull an existing post from Instagram though, you'd have to create it in the ad manager.
