Cannot add Facebook due to big problem

Hi there,

Whenever I try to publish ads via shopify facebook i get this message:

Your activity can't be published because your store contains content that was reported as abusive. Contact Facebook support to resolve the issue.

We did not receive any messages from facebook regarding this, so why is shopify showing this to us?

Please help me, I am losing my mind. I cannot benefit the full potential of shopify...

EXTRA: I also checked, we do not have any violations according to the page settings. So what is up with this error?

There are a lot of problems with Facebook closing down ad accounts and pages for little or no reason right now. They have basically gone over the top with the US election. Forums are full of this.

What happens when you login to your Facebook page. Can you post anything?

What you are saying makes kinda sense but do not forget that my account has done nothing wrong according to facebook. It says no violations nothing and it has not been closed down. The only problem is Shopify here I think.
