cannot change Facebook pixel

I cannot change my associated facebook pixel on the facebook sales channel, when I scroll over the "change pixel" it simply says this cannot be changed? Do i need to close the sales channel and start a new one?

Yes, you will need to close the Facebook sales channel and start a new one if you want to change your associated Facebook pixel. This is because the pixel is associated with the sales channel itself, not with your Shopify store.
To close the Facebook sales channel:

• Go to Shopify admin and click Sales channels.
• Click Facebook sales channel.
• Click Deactivate sales channel.
  To start a new Facebook sales channel:
• Go to Shopify admin and click Sales channels.
• Click Add sales channel.
• Select Facebook sales channel and click Next.
• Follow the instructions to create a new sales channel and connect it to your Facebook Page and ad account.
• Once the sales channel is connected, you will be able to select the new Facebook pixel when you set up your ads.
  Note: When you close the Facebook sales channel, any ads that are running through that channel will be stopped. You will need to recreate your ads in the new sales channel.
