cant create facebook ad

Hi, im trying to make a facebook ad but it keeps failing, can someone tell me what im doing wrong.

I've tried to translate the error and it seems to me that this's the typical error some accounts are receiving. Have you tried setting up the ads from Business Manager instead of Shopify? Sometimes this helps. 

Is your ad account and pixel correctly connected to Shopify?
