Cant Link my Facebook Account

i wanted to link my facebook account to my shopify store but all i get is:

And when i Click "OK" this comes up:

Can someone help me? (I already reinstalled the app, and yes i definetly have a linked business account)

Have you try to contact the customer service of Shopify regarding the issue?

Sometimes, Facebook has restriction the API of each website for the security purposes.
