Change business

Hi there

I need your help urgently please.

I had a store, named simplemusthaves that I have tried to close and replace with a new business I want to start named Gruff Justice.

The SMH business was okay but due to covid in Australia, getting stock from overseas took way too long so my business suffered and has had to close.

I tried to replace SMH with Gruff Justice but I see that the shopify link still refers to SMH.

So I set up a new account called Gruff Justice hoping to merge the two but it won't let me saying that the account is taken.

Now I am stuck. Can you please help?

I recommend you to email directly to Shopify's Merchant/Technical support. They should assist you with the issue!

If you want to change name or merge 2 stores, you should contact Shopify team, they will help you  https://www.shopify.com/contact
