Chatbot - is messenger the best option in the uk?

Am looking to implement a chatbot and unsure whether using Messenger is the right approach as am concerned about shoppers that don’t have a messenger account will get switched off by the hassle of setting up a new account.

any thoughts on the best route...messenger or?

Do you have a web site? If yes, have to try to used Live Chat or Zopim Chat?

If your target market is Social Media, Messenger is recommended as long as optimized your Facebook Page.
