Collective and Shop Pay not being nice to each other

Hey everyone:

 Wondering if anyone else has run into this issue and if you've found a solution because Shopify Support has yet to provide one.

Around the 14th of March, we noticed that automatic payments stopped working for our Collective, forcing us to manually collect payments from our merchants for orders we've fulfilled. The chief issue seems to be that the Collective channel thinks that we are not meeting the requirements for Shop Pay, which is incorrect as it works everywhere else within our build.

 Are we alone with this problem or have others encountered something similar?
