SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
Hello Everyone,
I recently started my own store and I had a negative experience with a Facebook add. I put up an add for a back brace, a few hours later this gets spammed with messages from bots that comment to go to another website. Please refer to the photos attached. This is extremely frustrating and very sinister from the Website: Yemingo.com who commented on my add. Is there any chance I can make a complaint to Shopify since Yemingo uses their platform as well? Does this happen often and how can you protect yourself from competitors shamelessly commenting under your adds.

HI,
I am planning to launch a Tents and Camping gear shopify based website. Can you recommend top three fast shopify themes?

Hi @Mortassa
I would suggest just remove those comments from your Facebook ads and block the spammers. Moreover, change your targeting audience to get some fresh and relevant engagement.
