We have a complaint against an e-commerce marketing website called Boldtique, provided with the following link: https://boldtique.com/. We've bought a product from them, and it has been a very long time. Our product tracking's not accessible, with the problem being that the tracking tool cannot provide any destinations whatsoever. I emailed their customer support about it, and not only did they not provide me with my item's location. They even ignored one of my emails. This product's called Lympatic Drainage Ginger Foot Soak, and it cost 25.98 USD, with the order being #BQE20831. Please help us deal with this, thank you. We need either some information about where our order is at or a refund.

Once that report is successfully submitted, our dedicated team will investigate the given business. In regards to receiving a refund for the amount, there are processes in place with your bank for these situations for you to get your money back. I recommend speaking to your bank, credit card company, or Paypal (depending on how you transacted your order) and notifying them of the transaction and any issue you are encountering. They should then be able to begin an investigation with the aim of retrieving your funds. This also helps our own review process if a given store is on our platform.
