Connecting a Facebook and Instagram page to the store

When I hit that button to get in that sales app and I push the button to connect and a  error message comes up from Facebook. How do I get around that error

Follow the below steps to connect your Shopify account with Facebook and Instagram.

1. Go to your Shopify account.
2. Click + next to Sales Channels
3. Click + next to Facebook & Instagram and then select Update Sales Channel
4. Click Start and follow the prompts to install features for commerce, ads, and the setup of a Meta Pixel
5. Click the Connect Account button
6. Sign in to your Facebook account
7. Accept the terms and conditions
8. Finish.
