SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
I've been having some weird technical issue that both Meta and Shopify is failing to solve.
It's been 3 weeks working on this issue and both companies have been bouncing me from one company to another saying it's each others fault.
I would like to see if anyone here can help me with this issue.
My Conversion API is shown to not be correctly connected to the right pixel on Meta Business Settings.
When I click Manage Integrations for the correct pixel (Sunkissed Dataset), I would go through the procedure, and it would show me that the pixel is connected to Shopify, however after I refresh the page, the integration does not show.
Instead when I look into a Dead Pixel (which I never used), and click Manage Integrations, I see the 'Conversion API' integrated with this Pixel.
I'm not sure what I can do to solve this situation.
When I open ads manager, none of my events show the 'Conversion API' label. My ad manager is connected to Sunkissed Dataset, since it's been tracking all my events since June.
I have exhausted all my resources, and I'd appreciate anyone who can help me troubleshoot what is going on!
My website is: sunkissedswimsuit.co
Thank you so much to anyone who helps. I've cried myself to sleep because of this.
Hello @yelloworange,
Greetings from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $7Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot! I am Gina, and I am here to help.
I understand how frustrating it must be to be stuck with this issue for so long. Here are a few things you can try:
1. Make sure that you have the correct pixel ID for your Sunkissed Dataset. You can find this ID in your Meta Business Settings.
2. Check that the Conversion API is enabled for your Sunkissed Dataset pixel. You can do this by going to the Settings tab for the pixel and looking for the Conversions API section.
3. Make sure that your Shopify store is connected to your Meta Business Settings. You can do this by going to the Settings tab in Shopify and clicking on Facebook.
4. Clear the cache and cookies in your browser.
5. Try using a different browser.
If you've tried all of these things and you're still having the issue, you can contact Meta support for help.
Here are the links to the relevant support pages:
