ConvertKit with Venue Theme

Does anyone know? 

How can I add my convertkit forms into my venue theme? Is this possible?

I want to collect email addresses directly into my ConvertKit account but I don’t know how to add the code into my theme (Venue). 

Any help would be amazing! Thanks!

Hi @HCCo 

It is possible to add ConvertKit forms to your Venue theme. Here's how:

1. Create your ConvertKit form: Log in to your ConvertKit account and create a new form.

2. Get the form code: Once you have created your form, click the "Embed" button to get the form code.

3. Copy the form code: Copy the code that is generated by ConvertKit.

4. Add the form code to your Venue theme: In your Shopify admin, go to "Online Store" > "Themes" and click the "Actions" button next to your Venue theme. Select "Edit code" from the dropdown menu.

5. Open the "theme.liquid" file: In the left-hand sidebar, click on the "Layout" folder and select the "theme.liquid" file.

6. Paste the form code: Scroll down to the bottom of the file and paste your ConvertKit form code just above the closing </body> tag.

7. Save and preview: Click "Save" and then preview your site to make sure the form is working correctly.

That's it! Your ConvertKit form should now be added to your Venue theme and ready to collect email addresses directly into your ConvertKit account.
