Couldn't select specific segment when I set up marketing email

Hi everyone. I was trying to I set up marketing email but I couldn't select any specific segment. Does anyone know how to do it? Thanks.Screenshot 2024-01-21 144233.png

It looks like all the segments are showing "0 subscribers," which could mean that the segments haven't been properly defined or that you simply haven't had any sign-ups yet.

 

Here are some of my suggestions:

  1. Check your subscriber lists: Make sure that you have subscribers in your Shopify account and that they are properly segmented.
  2. The criteria for your segments may be too specific or not match any of your subscribers. Review the rules for each segment to ensure they're set up correctly.
  3. Check your subscription forms and opt-in settings. Customers may not be opting into marketing emails when they sign up, or there may be an issue with how your subscription forms are set up.
