Hey @TBS2023 ,

To add a registration form with a limited number of participants for your event newsletter, you can follow these steps:

Choose a Form Builder

Select a form-building tool that allows you to create registration forms. Some popular options include:

1. Google Form: Easy to use and free.

2. Typeform: Offers customizable and interactive forms.

3. JotForm:  Great for creating various types of forms with advanced features

4. Wufoo: User-friendly with good integration options.

Create the Registration Form

1. Set Up the Form: Include fields for participant details (e.g., name, email, and any other relevant information).

2. Limit Number of Participants:

`Most form builders have an option to set a maximum number of responses. For example, in Google Forms, you can use an add-on like FormLimiter to cap the number of submissions.

`Make sure to communicate the participant limit clearly on the form.

Customize the Form:

1. Add branding, event details, and instructions for filling out the form.

2. Consider adding a confirmation message or redirecting participants to a "Thank You" page after submission.

Integrate with Your Newsletter:

1. If you’re using an email marketing platform (like Mailchimp or Constant Contact), you can embed the form directly into your newsletter or include a link to the form.

2. Make sure to include a clear call to action in your newsletter encouraging readers to register.

Monitor Registrations:

1. Regularly check the responses to ensure you're aware of how many spots are left.

2. Send out reminder emails as the event date approaches, highlighting that spots are filling up.

Example Registration Form Fields:

1. Full Name

2. Email Address

3. Phone Number (optional)

4. Special Requirements (dietary preferences, accessibility needs, etc.)

Hey @TBS2023, You can follow the tutorial below this comment, but I would recommend trying apps that already have this option.

As a store owner, I can see why you want this, but if you want my personal recommendation, I would say you can try EasyB2B: https://apps.shopify.com/easy-wholesale

If your time is precious, then you can save time by using this, or I would also recommend trying manual coding, but that takes time. Hope this will help; thanks.
