Creating new account after google merchant suspension

Before I start, I know your not aloud to do this, and no I don't care.

Anyone have success with in doing this. I have heard from a few people that doing this has fixed the problem, I just want to know if anyone else has had success with it or worse have gotten banned. Cause honestly, I believe I have been suspended too many times and they are not going to change there mind even though everything seems to be in check.
