Once you know which URLs are different, with the help of this app to help search engines keep track of your content. I would suggest taking a look at the following app if you have a vast amount of redirects to do.
This app help with creating and managing redirects in your store. You can create a redirect manually or you can also upload a feed in order to create them in bulk.
Another option would be to do it manually in the admin. There is a section in the admin that would allow for this to be done, With the URL Redirects guide you will see how this can be set up in your store.
Hope this information helps! You can reach out to the Guru team https://docs.shopify.com/support if you have any questions.
Have a great day!
