SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
Our Facebook / Meta accounts were hijacked in early December. They have blocked me and my
facebook friends so that we cannot see the page, but some customers have reported that it is visible on Facebook. The email address has been changed, but I noticed thatmourn product catalog from Shopify was still valid even though I have removed Facebook from the online store. Do you have any advice on how we can regain control of the page? Contacting Meta doesn`t help - there is no progress there - at least not with Meta in our area in Norway.

You can have control over your Facebook page if you have access to your Facebook account or Meta Business Manager. Otherwise, keep reaching out to Meta Support for help. Hopefully, someone don't misuse your page till you have control over it. All the best!
