SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
Our analytics tool (Adobe Analytics) initiates a new session when the cache is cleared. It seems with custom web pixels, each event is loading with a fresh cache, which is making our analytics tool see every event as a new visit. This is impacting attribution (storage that expires at visit is not persisting to order), inflating visits (visit count == event count), and lowering conversion. Has anyone else run into / resolved this? Curious if there's a way to persist cache with pixels.
Do you use customer events for track those events?
