Customer Segment - Item on sale email campaign

Hello community,

 

So as we all know it helps to try and recover abanded carts/checkouts, but my question is, is it possible to segment it so, if it has items on sale, can it have a different workflow?

 

So lets say the normal workflow would be the following; Wait 1 hour -> Send Email -> Wait 24 hours -> Send new Email but with 10% discount code

 

Is the following possible;

Cart/Checkout has items with the tag ''tilbud'' (translated on sale)

Wait 1 hour -> Send Email -> Wait 24 hours -> Send new Email but with 5% discount code

 

So i can still try to recover both sort of abanded carts/checkout, but having the ability to offer different discount codes to people who have on-sale items in their cart, versus those who dont.

 

For profit reasons, i cant offer 10% for both, as i tend to run higher % sales, but giving them an extra 5% is better than no sale in my opinion.
