Hi @slv1997

It appears that the issue with your sender email address (abnstudio@gmail.com) is due to 2 main reasons:

  1. Your sender email (abnstudio@gmail) isn't authenticated and has a DMARC record yet. Therefore, Shopify will auto-rewrite your Sending Domain into something like store+123@shopifyemail.com to meet G-mail and Yahoo's minimum requirements.
  2. Shopify's policies require a domain-based email instead of a generic email service (like the one you're currently using) for a professional appearance and to comply with anti-spam policies.

Therefore, these should be your next-step actions:

  1. Use an email address that is linked to your store's domain (e.g., info@abnstudios.com or support@abnstudios.com)
  2. Authenticate your sending domain
  3. Add a DMARC record to your sending domain

Afterward, you can use your custom sender email to email your customers instead of the default store+123@shopify

I hope that this helps!

If you look at the bottom of your screenshot it says to create a custom domain so customers won't see that. It does tell you that recipients will see that number email you don't like. So change your domin id suggest to a custom one.
