Customizable Goods

I’m still very stuck on this Google Merchant Center problem. My account has been suspended for customizable goods and I don’t know what I customized. Is there anything in specific that I could’ve changed to label it customized goods? My feed is currently

Hi @Rking2 

Do not send identifiers such as Brand, GTIN/barcode, or MPN if you have custom products. This will make Google understand that you have custom products. If you use our app, you can automatically mark the products as custom by selecting "identifier exists=no" in the app, and we will not send any data mentioned above. 

When you encounter the "identifier exists" error in Google Merchant Center, the product you're trying to submit already exists in Google's database. Still, there is a discrepancy between the product information in your feed and the existing data. This error can occur when listing a custom product without a standard identifier such as a brand, GTIN/Barcode, or MPN.

Thank you! Can you please help how to set the correct identifiers? My
products are drop shipped from Dsers (ali express ds website) and I don't
see any barcodes. I tried using barcode lookup but then my account got
suspended for customized products and has been ever since.

To correctly apply the rules for custom products, follow the steps in the video below.

If you are using GMC Next, first convert to GMC Classic by going to the question mark in the top right corner and choosing convert to GMC Classic near the bottom.
