Data discrepancy with GA4

Hi there, 

I've seen a lot of other discussion around the discrepancies with GA4 data and Shopify data, but I'm still not sure on how to fix the issue.

I've noticed a massive gap within our store analytics and GA4. For example last year we sold 348 of a specific product but in GA4 it's only saying that we sold 54. 

This is proving quite difficult when I'm putting together reports on eCommerce performance. 

Does anyone know any solutions? I believe everything has been set up correctly, but this was done before my time, so unsure if there are updates that are needed, that I might've missed.
