Data from shopify not going through to Google analytics

I have followed the instructions and looked at the answers to similar questions on this forum but can't seem to get the data flowing in to GA. 

Any help would be appreciated, it would appear some data is going in to GA but there is a minute fraction of the correct levels.

What country are you in? I have noticed depending on your country, the privacy settings of your tracking in the Shopify admin > Preferences may mean data isn't pushed into GA. That can be a legal requirement.
