Didn't get the dress I have ordered and already paid

I have ordered few dresses worth of Rs.750. I have only received confirmation mail with a link. And the link is no longer available. I am worried that the site maybe scam. I ordered the dresses because the site mentioned Shopify and children studio there. But now I am getting worried that I was scammed. What to do now??

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful. As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves. In this case, if you are unable to get in contact with the business that you have made a purchase from - I highly encourage you to speak with your bank or credit card company. They will have additional processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the order you did not receive.
 
If you suspect that an online store is using the Shopify platform and violating our Terms of Service and/or our Acceptable Use Policy  - you can file a report against the merchant here

Thanks for your advice. And one more question. How long can I wait for the order, before retrieving the payment.

Thanks for the quick response. 
 
Looking into this, if you have an issue with an order that you purchased through a Shopify store - it is recommended to wait at least 30 days for a response or resolution with the business in question. With that being said, if you are unable to speak with the business, I would suggest speaking with your bank or credit card company (depending on how you made the purchase) and bringing this to their attention.
