Discount code mail after subscribe newsletter

When People subscribe our Newsletter they will received Subscription confirmation mail now when they confirm I want to sent them automatic mail with discount code, The mail I already edited But How I can send them automatic after confirm newsletter subscription? Kindly guide me.

We have a solution for that, but, not just sending your discount offer. It's a Cross-Site Promotion app. Once your order is completed, the app sends an email to the customer to choose a discount. Your offer always will be at top of the page, but any other store's offer will show on the listing page.
