Discount codes not working in Book That App

Hi,

Some of my products (the events) have been copied through to Book That App (BookThatApp) but none of my Shopify discounts that I've tried are working at the checkout for these products, despite them being set up for "all products". THe error message says that the discount code isn't valid for these products.

I asked the BookThatApp help team and they said that because they're Shopify codes I need to contact Shopify.  They don't have a discount code function so I can't just enter them there as well.

Any help appreciated. I really need them to work!
