Hi - is there a way to set notifications to let you know when codes are running low so you can replenish them before they run out.

To clarify, are you setting up these discounts directly in your Shopify admin by following these steps? 

If so, the amount of discount codes available will only run out if you choose to put usage limits on these codes. When setting up a discount, the 'Usage limits' option looks like this: 

However, there's no requirement to use this option when creating a discount code, and if this option isn't selected at all, a discount code can be used an unlimited amount of times. This means there isn't ever a need to replenish the code. 

With this information in mind, can you tell me a bit more about your store setup and how you're using discount codes at the moment? If you're currently replenishing codes, and if there's a reason why creating discount codes without a usage limit doesn't work for your store, I'd love to hear more about this so I can share your experience with our team directly. Equally, once I have more details, I can help determine if we have an available workaround for this task.

Our brand partners pay for a certain number of coupon uses, therefore we put a limit on the usage and need to track it. It would be great if there was a way to get an alert or notification if a coupon is coming close to its usage limit. Other platforms have this capability.

I took a look of some of our popular discount apps listed here, and it doesn't look like any of them specifically advertise this feature, but it may be worth reaching out to the individual app developers that created each of these apps to find out if this type of notification is offered.
