I need help with something. It says on my Shopify customers section, that there's this one customer that's subscribed to my newsletter. However when I go to Klaviyo (my email marketing service) it says that same customer isn't subscribed. Why is that? Thanks.

The discrepancy arises because Shopify and Klaviyo handle newsletter subscriptions differently. When a customer subscribes via Shopify's forms, they may not automatically sync to Klaviyo's lists. To resolve this:
1-Ensure Proper Integration Settings:

By implementing these steps, new subscribers should sync correctly between Shopify and Klaviyo. For existing subscribers not appearing in Klaviyo, consider exporting them from Shopify and importing them into the appropriate Klaviyo list.
