Do I still need to enable the Conversion Tracking setting in Shopify if I'm using Google Tag Manager

I am currently using Google Tag Manager and would like to integrate various tags and pixels. Do I still need to enable this setting in Shopify under the Google & YouTube sales channel settings? Please refer to the screenshot.

If you installed conversion tracking manually, yes you can disable it.

Can Shopify Basic use GTM? I saw the official article saying that only Shopify Plus can use GTM.

But I also found some tutorial on Googles saying, adding code to Order Page JS would make conversion tracking work by GTM.

Yes it will work on any shopify website, just not the checkout.
