Does Shopify email allow follow-up emails for reviews?

I would like to use the Shopify email to send out an automated email after the purchase with a link to each item purchased.

Is this possible?

That's a great question! The application Shopify Email does not have a template that will allow your customers to leave a review for the store. However, I can definitely see the benefit of allowing the use of a follow-up review template to allow customers to quickly leave a rating. I am going to use this as context to provide to our developers for a suggestion on the application.

With that being said, there are third-party applications that will automatically send a follow up review email to the customers after they receive the order. I went ahead and created a list of recommendations for you to take a look at:
