Double opt-in confirmation email not being sent

Hello

I have enable Double opt-in under Settings > Notifications but the email that needs to be sent so the suscriber can confirm his registration never arrives (I have made some test and it doesn't arrive to spam either).

So now all my suscribers are in a Pending status.  

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong... please, can you help?

I am using the Boost Theme.
