Dynamic retargeting - missing tracking interactions

Could you please expl. how I could set the tracking interactions below for the dynamic retargeting. Where I could find the content IDs, is the product ID/catalog ID? Thank you in advance

Your content ID is based on the string you use to define and tell Facebook which pages someone is on, on your site. This Facebook help article does a good job of explaining how it works and what you would need to do to set it up. We have few, if any, Shopify clients who use the Content ID attribute. It's not needed on most ecommerce sites.
