I got this referall, but Im not sure if culd be an scam, he is asking me to grant some access to my shopify account, but Im not sure, I want to bring my first sales in my store, and Im looking for a partner that honestly want to help. 

Message: 

"Good so you will need to add me as a staff to your store then once you do that I will discuss on how to get the flows to start

It is always recommended to hire someone who has past experience and has enough reviews to help you out and personally it doesn't looks like that the person is trustable if they have not showed you any proof of their previous work or any past reviews so it is always recommended to be alert before granting someone access of your Shopify store.

@Moeed  said it all. You need to trust them and that they have some credibility. Do they have a website? Is it a company? Phone,address?

It is like letting someone in your house. And there are a lot of scams. For example recently here on forum, there was one post. One "expert" for a fee offered to bring 40K a week in sales. And sales came, but mostly fake and no real money, and lies just continued. So be careful and take care.

Both @Laza_Binaery @Moeed have said what you need to hear. The person needs to have a verifiable reputation with reviews and some sort of certification if possible. Also, if you do give permissions, you need to make it as minimal as possible. Stay safe!
