Nope it’s not working, I know the process but it’s not even letting me enter any details and giving me a error as shown in my attached screenshot

Based on the screenshot, here are the most likely reasons why this might be happening:

  1. Domain Not Verified on Shopify:

    • If your domain is not yet verified in your Shopify admin, the email forwarding feature cannot be activated.
    • To resolve this, please go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Domains and confirm that your domain is connected and verified.
  2. Third-Party Domain:

    • If your domain was purchased through a third-party provider like GoDaddy or Namecheap and hasn’t been properly connected to Shopify, email forwarding may not work.
    • Make sure your domain is fully connected by reviewing the DNS settings in your domain provider's dashboard and ensuring they match Shopify’s requirements.
