I am trying to use https://www.sendinblue.com/ for email marketing with Shopify. I have added their plug in etc. but this system is not as intuitive as others. Just wondering if anyone else is using this platform and how they are setting up things like automated email campaigns etc.? SPecifically, we are interested in setting up some kind of campaign to automatically email customers (after some time has passed) if they have purchased specific items or have certain customer tags in shopify.

You could use our pre-defined "welcome message" flow and link it to the list your Shopify users sign up to.
We are working on improving the plugin such that certain events like page visits, adding a product to the cart, etc. can be used as an entry point.

Do you have any instructions on how to trigger an automation specifically for a Shopify product purchase?
I see ZERO documentation on how to trigger a purchase event in Shopify for Sendinblue. Its really frustrating me and i have contacted sendinblue support to no avail. They just send me to articles with general information that has nothing to do with the largest e-commerce platform in the world.
I want to create an automation that triggers anytime anyone purchases a product with the word "Manual" in the title of the product. Is that possible? PLEASE HELP!
