We are having an issue with sending emails to our customers. Our site is currently in password mode because we are sold out. Are we still able to send emails to our customers if our site is in password mode?
If so, you'll still be able to send emails to customers even if your store is password protected. As long as your store has an Online Store sales channel installed, a paid subscriptions plan, and a payment provider set up, you'll be able to create and send emails to subscribers on your customer list. If you're not using Shopify Email to send out emails from your store however, you'll need to check with the third-party email provider or app directly to see if they have certain requirements or limitations about sending out emails when the store is password protected.
