Email segments for radius within postal code

I was wondering, if it was possible in Shopify to segment customers into regions within a certain radius. We (a music group) would like to send emails with ticket informations to upcoming concerts to customers that live within a radius of eg. 50km.

Maybe there is an addon for that, I couldn't find yet.

With FB Ads it's possible, never done this with Shopify.
