SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
I am new to shopify and I am trying to get all the kinks worked out before I remove password protection for my shop. I have shop emails set up to forward to my personal email and that is working great. My question is how do I reply to the customer from my shop email? When I reply through my personal email it shows up as coming from my personal email. Do you all go into the customer tab and create a new email for each reply? Or how do you get around this? Thank you!

Thank you for your responses! After posting this I discovered GSuite through Gmail and was able to set up a shop email.

On the customers page there is a tab called "Email subscribers" but the only function is to export or import. Where is the emailing option?
