SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
I have recently had my email marketing campaigns fail as a result of a high bounce rate. Having conducted further investigation, all of the emails that have bounced are address made to either @Me.Com or & icloud.Com - so clearly there is an issue with the Apple servers and their connectivity with Shopify.
Has anyone else had this issue and does anyone have any ideas on how to overcome it?
Shopify Customer support have been useless and that is being polite.
I suggest you test your emails using https://senderscore.org/. It's possible your sending email domain has been blacklisted on particular lists.
I just had the same thing happen, I've reached out to Shopify support. This is really strange, I've never had it happen before.
Same issue here. Getting bounce rate of over 400 emails.
me too! from 2 days ago i have the same problem! only for address @Me and @icloud.com some one can help me for fix the problem?
I've been working with Shopify support, I'd recommend reaching out to them.
Thanks,
Sue
I already did it but it didn't solve my problem! they told me to clean my emails but in my opinion this is not an email cleaning problem since it only happens with two email providers.
Thanks
Send them a link back to this thread and show them it's not just you, I did that. Right now, we are working with iCloud to get this fixed. I had to email iCloud, haven't heard back, but it's a step in the right direction, I hope.
Thanks,
Sue
