Embedding videos in product page and main page

Hi I'm wondering if there's a way to embed videos that are bigger than 20MB to the product page and main page.

I know you can use Shopify CDN to upload videos of under 20MB, and you have vimeo and youtube options, but if I were to follow the same instructions for the shopify cdn method but use my own cdn link, will it still work?

I think you have to try this method. First, browse the HD video on Youtube then download it as mp4. The video will save for the size of 20MB or less.

The video has reduced but the quality of video has still remains.
