SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
I don't know what to do, I already spent over a $100 on Facebook ads, so for my next phase I wanted to go ahead with just 2 different audiences. Now I copied my campaign into a new CBO and turned off all my ads from my old campaign. When I wanted to delete my other ad sets in the new campaign all of a sudden my Facebook ad account was blocked. I wasn't able to remove any of my ad sets or ads.
I tried to contact Facebook about it and their support is not just horrible, it's non-existent. They have NO WAY of contacting them. I tried opening a dispute, but they won't respond to that, they say it will take a few weeks (which is already ridiculous), but they don't respond whatsoever. I tried contacting them via the chat on their Facebook Business page, but then a bot answers me with a link to their support forums (like I haven't tried that already -_-).
So I'm astounded that a company like Facebook has no support whatsoever for their paying advertisers. What do they do when a company puts thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars into their Facebook ads to gather data for their pixel? Will they just say, yeah you wait a few weeks, and then don't respond?
Does anyone have any experience with this and how fast it can be solved? I feel hopeless and I don't know what to do.
Wow, didn't expect this.
